“I believe that you go right for the jugular." said Michael Fox.

It’s a question that should make every American pause—not for its alliteration, but for its weight: is the President a properly probative pedophile? This isn’t rhetorical bomb‑throwing. It’s a demand for transparency in a justice system that increasingly silences disturbing testimony under the guise of classified investigations.
Why the Question Matters
Pedophilia is among the gravest accusations one can make. If credible testimony about a President exists, it must be subject to public scrutiny. If it’s false or unsubstantiated, a public exoneration should follow—swiftly and clearly.
The Threshold: “Properly Probative”
Legally, evidence is “probative” if it tends to prove something material. It also must be admissible—not overly prejudicial, vague, or speculative. If the DOJ is keeping sworn testimony about a sitting President confidential, the question becomes: does it fail the probative test, or merely threaten powerful interests?
The DOJ’s Role: Transparency or Obfuscation?
This is hardly hypothetical. In the Jeffrey Epstein case, the DOJ first promised to release allegedly explosive “client list” documents—then deemed them nonexistent or unimportant after a reversal that angered both liberal and conservative watchdogs. Even Attorney General Pam Bondi’s shift drew sharp pushback from Trump allies like Marjorie Taylor Greene.
If material exists implicating a President—and was withheld by the DOJ without public explanation—it may well meet the “probative” standard. The question is: Why is it sealed?
The Danger of Institutional Silence
When allegations intersect with power, silence becomes cover. It feeds conspiracy—and erodes trust in public institutions. When trust in government is at an all time low, further eroding trust is not good. If this were your abused child, would you accept this silence? Whether false or true, suppressed evidence becomes its own scandal.
Pressing for responsible disclosure isn’t partisan—it’s foundational to democracy.
Pressure is on the administration to release the files. We will see how this unfolds.
In the meantime, we must take to the streets en masse tomorrow on July 17 to honor Rep. John Lewis, a civil rights icon. I thought we needed a good sign! Simple. Clear message. No BS.

We can surpass in numbers the June 14th protesters. That was 11 million to 13.4 million. I hear both. This month, let us go out there 20 to 25 million strong!!! And yell, as Jackson Brown sang, til you go down. Yes, take to the streets.

For al the smoke & ire, gnashing of teeth, rending of garments -- I think The Powers that Be have pretty much proved they can & will ignore whatever they choose -- until those who are disturbing their peace with their petty demands for transparency & justice ... exhaust themselves into sweet silence ... again. But thanks for suggesting otherwise. We'll see who's right soon enough.
FWIW, we need our messages to demand actual things, not abstractions. "Health Justice" is abstract.
