Conspiracy Against U.S. (Updated)

Highest ranked leaders break the law and perjure themselves.

U.S. national security, now the world’s laughing stock, is led by the NSA, DNI, CIA DIrector, and SECDEF.

1. These people lied about being complicit in a national security breach of gargantuan proportions. Some denied remembering.

2. These people were intentionally communicating National Defense information internationally in a commercial chat app.

3. The chats went to a personal phone inside of the Kremlin. That phone decrypted the entire string of National Defense information messages.

4. The National Defense information was copied and pasted from Top Secret SCI Special Access Program (SAP) documents.

5. All involved broke the laws of the United States.

6. All broke from their own agency’s guidance about use of the Signal chat app.

7. All broke the laws of the Presidential Records Act of 1978.

NSA released clear Signal-use instructions, the Unclassified/For Official Use Only (FOUO) F9T53 OPSEC Special Bulletin.

The commercial chat app was never approved for sensitive National Defense information. The policy says the Signal app communications:

“are permitted by policy for unclassified accountability/recall exercises but are NOT approved to process or store nonpublic unclassified information (e.g. Protected, FOUO, CUI, etc.). Any use must abide by DOD and NSA/CSS policy.”

This security breach will go down in history as a hallmark of the Trump Administration’s poor judgement. Clearly the Administration disrespects their oath to the Constitutional mandate to execute faithfully the laws of this country. This is so complicated, I needed a graphic for me to understand it all.

Secretary of Defense broadcasts to the world—with 2 hours notice beforehand—1) when the military strike flights will take off, 2) what aircraft, bombs, and drones will be used, 3) where the targets are, 4) who the targets are, and 5) the exact time the bombs will land. The DC courts are dealing with the administration’s claim they can’t release flight times for deportees because those are State Secrets. This add up to you?

The Attorney General said it was not classified information and the mission was a success, so no charges will be pursued. I see here a conspiracy against the United States under the RICO statute. Their conspiracy was to have their communications erased by the app. That is unlawful to do for official information which the Signal app was not approved for in the first place. I hold there is conduct unlawful by these people:

1. The Vice President of the United States,

2. The National Security Advisor,

3. The Director of National Intelligence,

4. The CIA Director,

5. The Secretary of Defense,

6. The Secretary of State,

7. The Secretary of the Treasury,

8. The Middle East Negotiator,

9. The White House Chief of Staff, and

10. The White House Deputy Chief of Staff.

Each of these people know their use of the Signal app is unlawful as they were using it. We should add the Attorney General to the list for criminal negligence.

This all describes a crime under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) and our governing law, the United States Codes (USC) which says:

Title 18 USC Chapter 37 Section §793 Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Title 50 USC Chaper 36 Subchapter VI § 1881h: Penalties for unauthorized disclosure (Text contains those laws in effect on March 24, 2025):

• 8 years in the slammer, and

• confiscate their Signal app’d phones.

I rest my case. It will be up to a grand jury to decide, though Pam Bondi nervously declined to prosecute because the mission was “so successful”. I do not think she is in charge of after action reports, I thought her role has to do with catching and prosecution law breakers. That appears to be non Trump Administration lawbreakers only. Even the Marsh Family knows she is so wrong. Watch their music, then hit the back button.

Every single individual involved should be held legally responsible and accountable and charged with the crimes. Each broke OPSEC security mandates, U.S. law, and NSA guidance. They did so flauntingly with egregious impunity. Both Radcliffe and Gabbard feigned a loss of memory in Congressional testimony. Crooks are known to do that.

Earlier today Israel complained of having a Yemen informant compromised. Israel had provided intelligence from a human source in Yemen about strike effects on targets that were described in the nonsecure Signal chat. That chat is now public information due to the incompetence of this administration. Israeli HUMINT operations will be hurt in Yemen. Intelligence sources in Yemen will die after extreme torture because of the conspirators’ illegal disclosure of our and Israel’s national defense information.

To make it all worse, Wellman just published on Substack in which a high-level source in the Department of Defense confirmed that the Trump Administration approved the installation of Signal on government devices. Signal is now the primary means of communication for the convicted felon’s White House. It is presumed use of the app was restricted to non-official discussions, but that is not really the White House’s end objective—during its illegal takedown of the U.S. government. This is what Professor Tim Synder at Yale had to say:

Using Signal enables American authorities to violate the rights of Americans. Signal is attractive not because it is secure with respect to foreign adversaries, which it is not, but because it is secure with respect to American citizens and American judges. The autodelete function, which Mike Waltz was using, violates the law. But what is most essential is the purpose of that law: to protect the rights of Americans from their government. The timed deletion function allows American officials to be confident that their communications will never be recorded and that they can therefore conspire without any chance of their actions being known to citizens at the time or at any later point. Everyone on that group chat, including the Vice-President, the Director of National Intelligence, the National Security Advisor, and the Secretary of State, knew that what they were doing was against the rules, the guidance, and the law. But they were doing what they were doing, I would suggest, for a reason: precisely because it allowed them or their colleagues to compromise the rights of Americans.

Goldberg knew the administration would delete the chat messages. That in this instance is tampering with evidence. Further, is it not…obstruction of justice. After a hearing Thursday, Judge James E. Boasberg issued an order stating that government defendants “shall promptly make best efforts to preserve all Signal communications from March 11-15, 2025.” It further said the defendants need to file a status report by Monday detailing the steps they’ve taken to preserve those messages.

We know from other DOD sources that the launch times in an attack “operations plan” are always a Top Secret classification. A War Plan is different and may or may not include tactical operations plans such as launch times. Those are developed by tacticians. Watch this source, then back button.

Hegseth is deflecting immaturely with semantics. In his first public address after the strike, he ended up saying “war plans” were not sent out; however, he got off the plane in Hawaii and his very first words to assembled reporters was “This trip has been on the calendar for a long time.” I presume he was whisked out of town by the Trump Administration to get him as far away from the media as possible. Sounds most likely to suspicious me. Your thoughts?

The Road Ahead. Trump already asked our military to shoot our citizens on the streets, “Can we shoot them in the legs?”), but the military refused. Now he plans to arrest protestors. You know about how far with this that Trump will go, but no one knows what will unfold. Grab a flashlight, because we are at a dark fork on this American road.
