Felon continues to break our laws

Breaking laws will not stand, though it was okay for a few hours. We must block every move. Every wrongfully laid off employee must seek support for a lawsuit. Go to the ACLU and we will fund them on your account. We need to get this organized, for every affected person to act rather than obey. 100,000 lawsuits will work. Many firings will be enjoined. And the administration will need to assign a lawyer to every case. Think 100,000 lawyers at $450 per hour. Every employee will be reinstated with back pay, and that will happen in the blink of an eye.

This is not about political ideology. This is about the human decency and dignity that is due everyone. Psychopathic neo-fascists do not care about anyone except those embracing their cruelty brand. That lack of empathy is innate. They were mentally damaged in adolescence like Steven Miller or as narcissists are as children like Trump. These people are sick. They are clearly psychopathic neo-fascists.

U.S. District Judge Loren L. AliKhan Would not let the BS-EO stand. She took it down

Judge Loren AliKhan's ruling Tuesday during a hearing conducted on Zoom came just minutes before the freezing order was set to take effect Tuesday at 5 p.m. ET.

The nonprofit organizations that won the temporary stay Tuesday had claimed in their filing that the memo "fails to explain the source of OMB's purported legal authority to gut every grant program in the federal government." No such authority exists and violations of the Impoundment Act have occurred.

Shortly after the stay decision by the federal judge on Tuesday, a group of attorneys general from 22 states and the District of Columbia filed a separate challenge in federal court. The Trump Administration was left stumbling with mixed messages. They could not explain the order. They know they have no legal recourse and backed down quickly. They withdrew the order.
